atv-explorer Ride through the jungle on ATV's, swim in cenotes and visit an incredible cavern!
 You will first meet up at the coast-side tour location just south of Playa del Carmen. The tour begins with a short safety briefing on the features of your ATV and on the general rules of the tour. Then you're off for two hours of jungle fun! First you'll cruise through the jungle on your way to the now famous Monkey Loop, named after the family of spider monkeys that can be spotted there in their favorite fruit trees.

The first stop is at an incredible cenote only available to those that go on the ATV Explorer Tour. Dive into the crystalline waters to rinse off the dust and mud acquired on the ride over. There are also snorkeling masks available for you so you can check out the amazing underwater stalactites and cave system.Next stop is at a small Mayan ruin site where you can still see various structures even if some of them are overgrown by jungle. The tour winds down with a visit to one of the areas truly amazing dry caves.

These caves were formed millions of years ago and are actually dry cenotes. They are filled with the most spectacular stalagmites and stalactites and as you walk through the cave you will see hundreds of sleeping bats hanging of the ceiling, Finally you will head back to reception to park your ATV, grab a refreshment, and have the opportunity to buy a photo or t-shirt.

The ATV's are Yamaha 125 dual seat. ATVs are used at your own risk an damage waiver forms must be signed by all riders.
Important recommendations: This tour is not suitable for people with severe physical or motor handicaps, serious heart or health problems, pregnant women or people who are not able to handle moderate physical activity. Children under the age of 8 may participate under the responsibility and direct supervision of a responsible parent or family member. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in this tour.
